Cleaning Service Agreement

Welcome

Thank you for choosing 3 Sisters GA LLC. Our goal is simple: provide exceptional cleaning services with honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Services

3 Sisters GA LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Standard Cleaning

  • Dusting all accessible surfaces
  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Kitchen cleaning
  • Bathroom cleaning
  • Emptying trash
  • General tidying

Deep Cleaning

Includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:

  • Baseboards
  • Doors
  • Window sills
  • Ceiling fans
  • Detailed bathroom scrubbing
  • Appliance exterior cleaning
  • Behind and underneath accessible furniture

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Cabinets (inside & outside)
  • Drawers
  • Closets
  • Appliance interiors
  • Baseboards
  • Doors
  • Full bathroom sanitation

Commercial Cleaning

Customized according to your business needs.

2. Scheduling

  • Appointments are confirmed only after acceptance by 3 Sisters GA LLC.
  • Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous appointments.
  • We request a 30-minute arrival window.

3. Access to Property

The customer agrees to provide safe access to the property. If our team cannot enter at the scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours notice: No charge.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee.
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show after the team has arrived: 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Lockout Fee. If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled appointment and cannot gain access to the property, a 50% lockout fee will apply.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 returned payment fee, in addition to any fees permitted by Georgia law. Late payments over 7 days may incur additional collection costs permitted by law.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to address the specific concerns at no additional labor charge.

This guarantee does not apply to normal wear, permanent stains, mold, rust, hard water damage, or existing damage.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Secure pets when necessary
  • Remove valuable or fragile items
  • Notify us of any hazards
  • Ensure running water and electricity are available
  • Inform us of alarm systems

8. Safety

For the safety of both our clients and staff, our team does not: climb higher than a two-step ladder, lift furniture over 35 lbs, handle hazardous materials, clean bodily fluids, remove mold, handle infestations, or perform repairs.

9. Damage & Breakage

Although we exercise extreme care, accidents may occasionally occur. Damage must be reported within 24 hours. 3 Sisters GA LLC reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged item at its discretion.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, improperly installed items, or normal wear and tear.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, aggressive pets are unsecured, harassment or abusive behavior occurs, hazardous substances are present, or illegal activities are observed.

11. Excessive Condition Clause

Quoted prices assume the property is in average condition. If the home requires substantially more time due to excessive dirt, pet waste, hoarding conditions, construction debris, biohazards, or other unexpected conditions, we reserve the right to adjust the price before continuing, or decline service.

12. Add-On Services

Additional services requested during the appointment may incur additional charges. Examples include interior refrigerator, interior oven, interior cabinets, laundry, organization, interior windows, and garage cleaning.

13. Utilities, Temperature, Valuables & Fragile Items

Running water and electricity must be available during the cleaning appointment. The property must be maintained at a safe working temperature for our staff.

Customers are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, firearms, prescription medications, collectibles, and important documents. Please notify us in advance of any delicate or high-value items requiring special care.

14. Biohazard & Construction Debris Policy

We do not clean blood, human waste, animal waste, vomit, mold remediation, needle disposal, or chemical spills. Post-construction cleaning requires a separate estimate and is not included in standard or deep cleaning services.

15. Holiday & Weather Policy

Appointments requested on major holidays may be subject to an additional holiday service fee. If severe weather creates unsafe driving conditions, appointments may be rescheduled at no charge.

16. Photography

With the customer's permission, we may take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing purposes. No identifying information or personal belongings will be disclosed without written consent.

17. Pets

We love pets! Clients are responsible for ensuring pets do not interfere with the cleaning process. Aggressive animals must be secured before our arrival.

18. Recurring Services & Price Adjustments

Recurring appointments may be canceled by either party with 7 days written notice. Prices may be updated with advance notice due to changes in labor costs, fuel prices, or the scope of services. If payment is overdue, recurring services may be suspended until the account is brought current.

19. Non-Solicitation of Employees

Clients agree not to hire or solicit 3 Sisters GA LLC employees directly during the service relationship and for 12 months afterward without the company's written consent. If a client hires a cleaner directly, a placement fee of $2,500 may apply.

20. Attorney's Fees & Collections

If the company must pursue collection through legal action, the customer agrees to pay reasonable court costs, attorney's fees (where recoverable), and collection expenses as permitted by Georgia law.

21. Limitation of Liability

3 Sisters GA LLC shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, damage caused by defective installations, loss of business income, or indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the cleaning service.

22. Force Majeure

3 Sisters GA LLC shall not be responsible for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government orders, or other events beyond our control.

23. Electronic Signatures, SMS & Email Consent

Electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures. By providing contact information, the customer authorizes 3 Sisters GA LLC to send appointment confirmations, reminders, invoices, and service-related communications by text message and email. Marketing messages are only sent if the customer separately opts in.

24. Governing Law & Entire Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue for any dispute shall be in the courts located within the State of Georgia. This document represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
